Future Projects

As the population of the United States continues to age, the need for affordable single-family home rentals for veterans and retirees will continue to grow. Our modern neighborhood is designed specifically for this purpose and could be a great solution for many people who are looking for a comfortable place to live in their later years. The neighborhood will feature a variety of different home styles that are both affordable and accessible. It would be situated in a convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby. This would be an ideal option for retirees who want to downsize but still enjoy the convenience and comfort of living in a neighborhood setting. Veterans and seniors would also appreciate the opportunity to live in a community that is specifically tailored to meet their needs.

Project Goals.

Our business plan at Humble Homes Development, LLC in two phases.  Phase One, (currently operating),  was designed to develop existing properties in the smaller 800-900 square foot range to serve the military community and the active senior +55 community. 

Phase Two in currently under development.  In this phase, we will source appropriate land and will develop small 10–20-unit subdivisions with homes in the 850 square foot range.  These homes will use the latest technology i.e.: 3D printed home platforms, or modular homes platforms to fill this need and we will work with our strategic partners to bring these developments to fruition.

Initial Planning and Development

Humble Homes Development, LLC was formed on February 18th, 2022.  We are a 100% minority owned and operated real estate development company designed to offer affordable homes for veterans and the +55 active senior citizen population. Our business model is separated into two phases.  Phase One (now operational) is designed to develop smaller homes in the 800-900 square foot range for our targeted demographic. We are pleased to report that we are fully operational in Phase One and our first home is occupied with phenomenal veteran/senior residents.

We are currently in the process of acquiring additional properties to build out our Phase One model.

+5 Years

Phase One Optimization 

As we optimize Phase One, we expect to have several properties in our portfolio to service our key targeted demographic.  During this timeframe,  we plan to develop Phase Two and will seek out investment funding, identify and acquire land parcels and will also seek out a strategic “small semi-custom homebuilder” as our partner.  We will also continue to evaluate new technology in the 3D and modular space to determine the best fit to bring this project to fruition. 

+10 Years

Building Scalability

Phase One and Phase Two will be operational. The completion of our first mini subdivision will be operational and occupied and we will continue to grow organically as we identify additional parcels and/or regional areas that fit into our business plan.  Ideally, our Phase Two developments may also be a good model for growth using horizontal marketing channels.

Humble Homes Development, LLC is committed to adding value within the communities that we serve and to that end, we are open to building strategic partnerships with external agencies to help eradicate homelessness.
